How can I give you access to my bike if I am not home?
We send an email for booking confirmation and a reminder text the day before. Simply reply with directions to access the bike. Most people leave a key or garage code with instructions.

How can I talk to the mechaics?
You can leave specific notes for your bike in the booking notes. Our mechanics will also have your contact number and will always be in touch if there are any questions.

How do I pay?
After we are done we send an invoice through shopify. You can then pay by credit card or E-transfer.

Can I book multiple bikes?
Our online booking is for one bike at a time. So each bike will need a separate booking. If you have a custom booking requirement please reach out to our mechanics on the contact page.

How do you guarantee quality?
All of our mechanics are warrantied. If something feels "off" never hesitate to reach out. We will make time to come by for a diagnostic.

Do I need Parts?
We stock most parts needed to services. If you need something specific such as custom brakes we can make a custom order.
